We are fortunate to be able to serve our community through a number of events and activities. Whether through our White Cane campaign, our annual golf tournament, snow cone sales at the County fair, or our annual yard sale… We do all we can to serve and make our community strong and viable. And we would love to have you join us!
Annual Golf Tournament
We hold our annual golf tournament in May of each year offering spectacular sport, prizes, and tremendous fun in the process. You can help by joining us on the golf course, becoming a sponsor, or donating prizes.

ANNUAL YARD SALE
Each year, the Lexington Park Lions Club holds an community yard sale. It’s always big. It’s always popular. And you never know what treasures you may find.
ORNAMENT & CHALLENGE COIN SALE
We sell wooden, laser-etched ornaments and challenge coins. Available year-round, these are especially appropriate for Christmas giving. Ornaments and coins can be personalized with club names for use as honor presentations. Both are also available without personalization. Challenge coins can be ordered as coins, magnets, or label pins.

Several times each year, Lexington Park Lions set up our sno-cone booth at various community events. In addition to selling sno-cones in many different flavors, we also sell water and popcorn. Check us out at:

COUNTY FAIR TICKET SALES
Every September on opening day, Lexington Park Lions man the ticket booth at the St. Mary’s County Fair. Look for us at the ticket window and let us know you read about us here.

White Cane Campaign
Twice a year in the Fall and Spring, we solicit donations from the public as a way to fund our vision programs. Lions Club members can be found with their white cane buckets, their smiles and ready repartee at both entrances to WalMart, California, Maryland. Look for us there and drop in your spare change (or more!)

We play an active role in various committees and activities in the Maryland counties of St. Mary’s, Calvert, Charles, Montgomery, and Prince George’s, and Washington, DC. Our primary focus is providing a variety of services to those with vision impairments, however, our efforts have expanded to include serving those with hearing loss and those suffering from childhood diabetes.We have pledged unselfish service to the Lexington Park community and to those less fortunate than us.
Chartered in 1946, the Lexington Park Lions Club is part of Lions Clubs International. We fall under the organizational guidance of District 22-C, which encompasses the Maryland counties of St. Mary’s, Calvert, Charles, Montgomery, and Prince George’s, and Washington, DC. Members of the Lexington Park Lions Club represent a cross-section of the St. Mary’s County farm, business, government, and retiree communities.
