Melvin Jones Fellow 2014

Lexington Park Lions Club President and King Lion Ken (Buzz) Shelley (right) welcomes Lion Mary Springstead as a Melvin Jones Fellow. This Fellowship Award is the highest form of recognition and embodies humanitarian ideals consistent with the nature and purpose of Lionism. Lion Mary was selected as an outstanding representative of not only the Lexington Park Lions Club but of Lions worldwide. Her enthusiasm and dedication are contagious and she is always at the front of the line with her hand up volunteering to support Lions activities.
